5 types of coffee beans with different origins, characteristics, flavors and levels will be provided.

Most of them are coffee varieties with low production or even extremely rare.

The coffee tasting course will provide students with more professional coffee knowledge and coffee tasting experience.

Course content includes:

  • Introduction to coffee cupping
  • coffee cup review theory
  • Use of sensory training tools
  • Regular and simplified cupping sessions
  • Understand the difference between specialty coffee and ordinary coffee

Class hours: 2 hours per class

Small class teaching with 2-4 people per class
